| Truth Talking productions launched
TVE Asia Pacific and its partners have just launched a set of six documentary films. The Truth Talking Project supported indigenous film-makers in six countries across the region to produce half hour documentaries that looked at how local communities are responding to natural or man-made crises that threaten their lives, livelihoods and lifestyles. |

| TVE Asia Pacific to distribute UNICEF series
UNICEF requested TVE AP and the Asia Pacific VRC Network to distribute a new television series that looks at some of the key issues faced by the region's young people. The network will ensure the broadcast and non-broadcast distribution of Speak Your Mind in 14 countries, with a combined population of over two billion. |

Toxic Trail is a two part documentary that was produced by TVE in early 2001, and was first broadcast as part of its Earth Report slot on BBC World in April 2001. It follows Russell Dilts, an expert working with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation as he investigates the pesticide industry in South East Asia. |
