TVE Asia Pacific operates as a not-for-profit organisation. Its services and products are available to developing country nationals and organisations for free or on a subsidised basis.

This is made possible by the generous and continuing support of donors and sponsors. Some donors support specific programme activities or projects, while others provide core funding that help cover a range of institutional and programmatic costs.
