'Moving images, moving people'. This is TVE Asia Pacific's slogan. It is ambitious because people are exposed to a multitude of information, messages and opinions. Moving pictures -- in their many and varied formats - can inform, inspire and encourage people to act. But communication for social change is a larger, deeper process where media content production and their dissemination are only a part. This makes us at TVEAP partners in a wider social and cultural movement.
